Error message when attempting to create a new account

When I went to create a new account (I didn't have my old password saved) I got the message "Something went wrong, please try again later". I guessed that it was probably because I already had an account, so I went ahead and reset my password and was able to get in successfully that way. Just wanted to let you know that you might want to change the error message to something that suggests resetting the password instead
